  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes using Eazy Stock.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics BC to manage financial transactions, procurement, and resource planning.
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and Jetreports to support decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within the operations team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Reporting directly to the Global Operations Director / COO


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent education
  • Proven experience in supply chain management / operations management in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics BC, Eazy Stock, Power BI, and Jetreports is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a plus.
