With a second facility in the US (Augusta, 1966) and a third in China (Nanjing, 2002), we became the first true global producer and supplier of high quality chemical performance products and services. Function

As a specialty product of our Ammonium Sulfate business Certified Ammonium Sulfate offers a unique opportunity for developing a new market segment with a high need for quality security. Certified Ammonium Sulfate (GMP+ FSA / FSSC 22000 (ISO 22000) can be used in a wide variety of applications ranging from food to feed and from pharma to water treatment. Given the fact that these applications require strict quality control measures, Fibrant introduced HACCP and GMP principles in the new Ammonium Sulfate manufacturing unit. As such Fibrant will have the ability to offer its customers a unique product in the world.

This role offers you the unique combination of sales and business development management.

We already have accounts in the market segments which we aim to supply with our Certified Ammonium Sulfate. Key challange is to create market understanding of the added value of our certified product. Also a good market assessment of existing and potential Certified Ammonium Sulfate applications and market demand needs to be done. You are continuously aware of what’s happening in your end markets and you are an active player in the overall business planning and business intelligence. The (business intelligence) knowledge gained is essential for your role as the account responsible person for all key accounts, realizing a substantial part of the sales value and EBITDA.

Your objective is to maintain and gain the best customers in the market to ensure the long-term success of the business. Flexibility and reliability are key to always be able to make the right choices.

In this role, you will report to the Business Manager Ammonium Sulfate and you will be located in the Fibrant headquarters in Urmond (The Netherlands). Our production facilities are nearby in Geleen. Though your job demands a high grade of autonomy you continuously should align with both internal (Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Control, Customer Service) and external (customers, suppliers) stakeholders.

You are one of the few directly contacts towards our customers, able to present them the best product and specifications in the market, and negotiate on both prices and volumes at a strategic level.

Requirements

We are interested to meet candidates who have 5-10 years of experience in selling added value and products where high quality and “health” security is important. Knowledge of (GMP+ FSA / FSSC 22000 (ISO 22000) is key to perform in this market. Experience in the food, feed or pharma market is ideal for this role.
